Resolve to Really Live!
What’s better?
Wait a minute…does a calendar have to be our reason to begin something that will improve our lives? I’m all for enthusiastic new beginnings, but sometimes they provide more feelings than results. Results are much harder to come by than plans.
On the other hand, if we want to change things, it’s good to have a clear beginning, and the New Year does seem an appropriate time.
Sounds wishy-washy huh?
Probably because at this point in my life I’ve seen too many resolutions made with great hurrah that just ended up as useful as crumpled confetti on Jan. 2nd.
All the fine art of living lies in a fine mingling of letting go and holding on.
-Havelock Ellis
So I might be a real radical and just not make any resolutions this year…except that I’m going to really live. I’m not going to be afraid of tough questions, and I’m not going to be afraid to admit I don’t have all the answers. I think I’ll worry less and enjoy more.
Here’s a toast to all you ladies who discovered Remifemin® in the past year! Keep taking it…and tell me how you’re doing!
Send me some thoughts on what the New Year holds for you. I’d love to hear from you!

Jules! You're one smart cookie to have relooked at the whole resolution thing in your 20's! Good for you! I guess every day is a gift...so we'll just ignore the calendar. Good idea to keep taking your Remifemin! It definately keeps me on track no matter what the date on the calendar says...thanks for sharing!
