Welcome to the very first Michele’s Memos Remifemin® blog!

Welcome to the very first Michele’s Memos Remifemin® blog!

Because of some feedback from our great Remifemin users, we wanted to keep the conversation going past the Michele’s Memos that you initially receive when you signed up!

This blog is also a great idea because we can chat about our day-to-day lives…which are often hilarious in spite of everything we have to do in a day!

Sing it with me…

On the first day of menopause my good friend said to me…
No, you’re not losing your mind; it’s just part of menopause.

On the second day of menopause my good friend said to me…
It’s not hot in here…it is you…and it’s just part of menopause.

On the third day of menopause my good friend said to me…
Quit goofing up this perfectly good holiday song by singing about menopause.

Ok. Enough singing.
My apologies to Nat King Cole, Perry Como and Andy Williams.

I guess the truth of the matter is that unlike the movies, real life just keeps happening during the holidays. Perfect endings at the end of two hours don’t always occur. So what can we do about it?

First of all stop and decide you don’t have to be the Cruise Director of life and make it a perfect holiday season for everyone this year. There’s nothing “scroogy” about saying “no” when you need to, so that you can have some balance as you celebrate. Baking is great, but so is buying it at the store if that’s what it takes to keep things simple. Get those easy wrapping bags where you simply drop it in and tape it shut, or throw a festive piece of tissue paper around it and put it in a bag.

Bags: 59 cents at the cheap store.
Sanity: Priceless.

And keep taking your Remifemin®. After all, if it’s going to be a wonderful life, you have to do your part to help it along!

    Hi Mary Ann,
Sounds like you're going through some hard things, and that's never easy.
I think you would really benefit from going to the Remifemin site at www.remifemin.com and clicking on Menopause Matters....scroll towards the bottom and you'll see a link to the Frequently Asked Questions. Because Remifemin is not a drug, it's a natural product, it takes time for your body to respond to it. Clinical studies show up to a 56% reduction in symptoms after 4 weeks, 65% reduction after 8 weeks and 70% reduction after 12 weeks of twice daily use of Remifemin. You can also increase your dosage if you find it's not enough for you. The FAQ section talks about that...
Now...your doctor! Have your doctor do some research on the clinical studies. In fact, we just added a practitioners section on the Remifemin site.
Hang in there Mary Ann! Explore the Remifemin site and I think you'll get a lot of answers to your
    questions.

it was great to hear about remifermi for some relief. It's been a little rough these fews months. how nice to know I'm not alone I welcome the comments and stories I've read. Thanks for putting your little note in the remifermi box. It is really a blessing to me to know I can share some things I'm going through and hear about others. Thanks again will update my results with the remifermi.
