Boom!

Boom!
By no design of our own, we were born around a time that garnered us a label; Baby Boomers.

Hmmm…it’s definitely more complimentary than some of the generational labels. I mean, do you really want be called “X”? It’s actually scary when you start to read about Baby Boomers and how much commonality we really do share.

Born between 1946 and 1964. Check.

We represent 26.75% of the population with 49% of us male and 51% female. Our average household income is $60,000, give or take a few trips to Disneyland or Hawaii.

But past the statistics, we have some amazing firsts in some pretty interesting areas. Take music for example, our kids are listening to the same music we are. Not too many generations can claim that. The Rolling Stones and the Beach Boys used to attract only sobbing teens on the Ed Sullivan show…now a concert is a family event. I recently went with my 20 something daughter to see Carly Simon in Chicago. We both loved and adored every hit from the 70’s to her latest CD of songs.

As boomers, we don’t settle. We blast into every situation. We demand to be seen and heard. Our motto is something like;
There has to be better way and if there’s not, we’ll figure it out!

I think that’s why I like Remifemin® so much…it’s just a better way to travel this interesting path called Menopause. You should check it out…
especially if you’re a boomer!

“Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I’m sixty-four?”
The Beatles

What are your thoughts on being a boomer?
Been to any good concerts lately?
I’d love to have you add your words to the blog!

    Hey GoGirl!
    Yes...you should "Go Girl" and try Remifemin! Blogging and Perimenopause...the good thing is we're all in this together...and it's pretty new to most of us.
    How long before Remifemin will help? It can be as individual as you are...but here are the norms.
    It's not a drug, so it will take time for your body to respond to its gentle onset. Some women notice improvements in a few weeks while others can take 4 to 12 weeks to fully benefit from Remifemin. Consistency is very important. That's where some women make a mistake. They take Remifemin for a week and stop, then presume it's not for them. I hope that answers your question and keep those great comments coming!
