He's So Dreamy!

It’s Valentines Day week! Happy Valentines Day. Actually, it’s quite a good holiday…one of my favorites. You’re not expected to cook a turkey or buy a lot of presents or dye eggs. It’s a pretty low maintenance kind of celebration. Some men may not agree as it might be the only time of year they feel the social pressure to buy some flowers or a box of candy, but I like that aspect of it too! A dozen roses always show up at my house and I love that.

In honor of Valentines Day…I’d like to find out who you were madly “in love with” as you were growing up. It could have been a kid in your school, your neighborhood, or someone famous.
I personally had a thing for Davy Jones of the Monkeys and Paul McCartney. I guess it was all about the musicians for me.

Maybe some of these dreamboats will jog your memories:

Greg from the Brady Bunch
Ted from the Love Boat
Ponch from Chips
Elvis
John Travolta in Welcome Back Kotter (or Horshack?)
David Cassidy
Fabian (No not Fabio…Fabian!)
Whoever was on the cover of Teenbeat Magazine
Flip Wilson
Herman of Herman’s Hermits
Batman and/or Robin
Mr. Whipple
Perry Como

Come on…true confession time…Who made your heart flutter???

Here is an original Valentine poem for you:
Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
Take your Remifemin.
It’s what you should do.

I'm still in love with Gene Kelley, Fred Astair, Cary Grant...all the old movie guys..can't beat em! Glad you found the "real thing" and you are happy...I should say my favorite crush is the one I've had for 28 years this fall...my husband. Ain't love grand, especially this week? Hi Junell,
Welcome to the blog! Hercules...There's an image to live up to! I liked Ricky Nelson too on Ozzie and Harriet.I have a 22 year old daughter too...it does we consider handsome. When you look at the old movies, most guys seems times have changed on what aren't what you would consider "buff" compared to todays standards. They must have spent less time in the gym and maybe in front of the mirror too! :)

    Hi Nonnameme,
Had a very nice Valentines day...just one of those holidays that doesn't ask much of you...but leaves you with a smile! Lots of people here at Remifemin received flowers, so it looks very springy around our neck of the woods, except for the 12 inches of snow they're predicting for tomorrow!
