Do I Know You?

Chances are if you are at this blog, we have a lot in common.

We’re both journeying through this interesting time of life called menopause.

We’re all wondering how we got here so fast and quite can’t believe this is happening to us.

And, yes, we’re looking for sound wisdom and science when it comes to what we should be doing.

That’s why it’s so wonderful to get your feedback on Remifemin®. You blog and you write me your expectations and thoughts.

I want you to know you can email me directly at michele@remifemin.com

I’d love to hear from some of you regular bloggers because your comments would be great to include in the Remifemin website. (New bloggers, too!)

If you’re willing to tell us more about your Remifemin experiences, send me your contact info.

After hearing from so many of you on the blog at the email address, I feel like we are starting to know each other, and that’s truly a blessing.

We can be here for each other and give that extra pat on the back and the “you can do this” and an “it will be ok” words of encouragement.

Did something make you laugh? Cry? Shake your head? Scream?

Let’s Talk! Keep blogging and send me your contact info if you'd like your testimonial to be considered for the website!

Menopause is SO NOT FUN! I've been on Remifemin for 2 weeks; I know it will take a month or two before I feel the benefits, but I was wondering..... I tried taking Remifemin alone for the first week and I was still...hmmmmm...well CRAZY! I added my HRT for the time being. I'm on Remifemin for 2 days, then HRT for 1 day, then Remifemin for 2 days, etc...I'm thinkinking in time I can get off the HRT once and for all and stick with the Remifemim. Has anyone ever tried that?

    Hi Kiclne,
    YES! SO NOT FUN! Exactly!
Check out the FAQ section on the Remifemin website www.remifemin.com
Can I take Remifemin® with other drugs? With HRT (hormonal replacement therapy)?
Although no adverse drug interactions have been reported to date, we recommend that, as with any dietary supplement, if you are taking any prescription drug or any other over-the-counter product, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first before using Remifemin. Your doctor or pharmacist is the best person to advise you based on your medical history and present state of health. Remifemin is not meant to replace hormonal drug therapy, although there are no known contraindications to taking them together.

What's really important for you to understand is Remifemin does not work by taking it a few days and then stopping. It's a Black Cohsoh that is uniquely extracted and takes time to work...usually 8-12 weeks according to clinical studies.
Talk with your doctor...but if you really want to give Remifemin a fair shot...you must take it consistently as directed on the package. Explore the website...you'll find lots of answers. Thanks for blogging and I look forward to hearing from you again!

I'm 60, I started taking Remifemin several years ago. I thought I was over menopause so I stopped taking it 5 days ago. Boy was that a mistake, I have been heating up and sweating. I ran out today an bought some more and started it right away. I'm not going off of it again. I have trouble sleeping, have for several years. Tried different sleep aids
    over the counter and perscriptions.
They just make me sick and do not help at all. I am considering Remifemin Good Night.

I note to Kiclne. I stopped taking Hormone Therapy 5 years ago when I started the Remifemin. I had night sweats, but after a couple of weeks of Remifemin they stopped. I'm never going off of it again.

    Hi SilverGal!
Thanks for sharing your wisdom...sometimes we start to take for granted what's working, but you put it to the test, so that really showed you the bottom line.
I think you would like Remifemin Good Night. It has been just great for me.
Keep taking your Remifemin...glad to hear it's working so great for you!
