I’ve Got BIG BIG BIG NEWS! (Wanna Snooze???)

It’s been so hard not to tell you but now I finally can! I get tons of blogs and letters from all of you telling me how you can’t sleep, and how tired you are. We have a new Remifemin® product coming out later this summer to stores, but I’ve been given the go-ahead to tell you about it first! It’s called

Remifemin® Good Night

It has the same RemiSure™ Black Cohosh as Remifemin PLUS an herbal restful sleep blend.* You can count on it for relief of hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings etc., but also improved sleep!*
It’s clinically shown to provide 88% improvement in sleep including falling asleep, staying asleep, quality of sleep and occasional restlessness during sleep.*
Non-habit forming, Remifemin® Good Night has been clinically shown to safely and gently support your body’s own long-term sleep pattern.*

So, let me bottom line it for you:
You can take one Remifemin® Good Night at night and you get the full day’s dosage of Remifemin in just one tablet! Plus, you wake up refreshed, not groggy!*

I started taking this several months ago, and I also supplement a regular Remifemin® in the morning because my symptoms have been on the more severe side. I must say, it is wonderful! A great nights sleep and relief for a change…all with Remifemin!*

Here's really good news! YOU CAN ORDER THIS EVEN BEFORE IT HITS THE STORES!
Let’s start a grassroots campaign ladies! Order at the shopenzy.com website…tell your friends…and then talk to the store managers where you would like to see Remifemin Good Night on shelf! If your favorite store doesn’t have it…suggest they get it!

Hi Michelle, I just read the below quote in your blog...."I started taking this several months ago, and I also supplement a regular Remifemin® in the morning because my symptoms have been on the more severe side."

I just placed an order for the 'night-time' Remifemin to take instead of my twice a day dose. However, I really could use an extra boost in the mornings, too, to help curb some monster hot flashes I've experienced lately. Is there a time limit to how long I can take the night time and an extra tablet in the morning, too? Thanks for any help!

    Debbie

    Hi Megan!
Yes! One of my perks is I've been able to be on it for several months and let me tell you that had to hold me back to spread the news before it was avaialable to order. Everytime someone emailed me or blogged I wanted to shout...
"Hang on, we've got Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night and they are awesome!" Believe me I am coping right along side all of you gals going through an increase in symptoms, so I 'feel your pain'...
I would highly recommend you take Remifemin Good Night at night and a regular Remifemin in the morning if your symptoms are severe. Or...you have a much better descriptor..."wicked"...Hang in there...it has to gett better...
    Keep me posted!!!

    Hi Debbie,
Check out the FAQ section at www.remifemin.com, (it's the white line on top)
There should be no time limit to how long you take Remifemin Good Night and Remifemin. You should take it as long as you need to and you are getting the help we need at this crazy time!!!
Thanks for blogging and keep me posted!

I'm one of those women who has tried just about EVERYTHING to curb symptoms, but without any success... even Premarin & Provera, which may have kept some of the night sweats at bay but overall never really seemed to help much with anything so I got decided to get off them. I think I have also tried every OTC "remedy" there is (ones with black cohosh, soy isoflavines, etc.) - including Remifemin - in the past ... I made a point of staying on them for quite a while, hoping they would help, but no matter what I've tried, I never seem to get any real relief from my symptoms. Recently I even went and talked to a "hormone therapy counselor" about biologically identical hormones (which they tout as the panacea to menopausal symptoms as well as helping with depression, stress, fatigue, wrinkling, the immune system, and more), but I haven't been able to find anyone who has reported on personal success with these either (plus the costs are sky-high!).

I have been suffering from a number of menopausal symptoms for many years now (why couldn't I be one of those who is only affected for a year or two?), and the symptoms actually seem to be worse now than they were earlier -- in particular, the hot flashes, night sweats, difficulty sleeping, daytime fatigue, moodiness (who wouldn't be irritable when they rarely can get more than a couple hours' sleep each night?)

I just happened upon this site (and the blog area)this morning, and maybe I will give this brand new product a try ... I sure could use some relief !

    Dear Anonymous!
Welcome to the blog...I hear your pain on behalf of our bloggers may I say...BUMMER! The key to Remifemin Good Night and Remifemin is consistency....clinical studies showed 4 to 12 weeks for it to build up in your body to work...some women get relief right away...but typically you have to stay on it and give it time. Then if it's working and starts to seem not to, your symptoms are probably on the increase and you can increase your dose...see the FAQ section at www.remifemin.com ..it's the top line and in white...
Make sure you're working with your doctor for all your concerns...also...all black cohosh is not the same...so if you tried black cohosh... but not Remifemin, don't expect the same results. I can tell you that I am in the "thick of things" menopause wise..and Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night are the key for me...Or I couldn't be here writing to you right now! Take care and please keep blogging...letting fellow participants in this journey who know what you're going through is important...you need to be heard!

    Hi Nonnameme,
yes, you read correctly! One tablet at night and that is your full dose, you are set for the daytime too. If your symptoms are severe, as mine tend to be, you can supplement a regular Remifemin in the morning as well. That's what I'm doing right now. A Remifemin Good Night at night and a regular Remifemin in the morning. If you don't need it, you don't need to. Yes,I remember the pill you speak of, I was on it myself. It was a drug. Remifemin is not a drug and neither is Remifemin Good Night. Remember, Remifemin is the most clinically studied product out there for menopause relief, that has natural ingredients. That's why just substituing with black cohosh isn't the same. Remifemin Good Night has a Restful Sleep Blend that has valerian, lemon balm and hops...all clearly stated on the package...however it's the science of how it's extracted from the plant and how it's combined that makes Remifemin truly remarkable. Watch the Remifemin website www.remifemin.com ...there will be some opportunity to get samples in the next few months...also...at the top of the website is a small white line that says FAQ. Click on there and read the questions and answers...you'll learn more about the safety of Remifemin. Hope that answers your questions...and if you have more...ask away! Always great to hear from you!
