Feel Like Celebrating With Me?

It’s National Menopause Month and I’m wondering what we should do to celebrate?!?!
I for one am having a terrible time not wanting to eat the sweets lately…which of course makes me struggle with my weight all the more, which is a constant struggle for me.
So maybe I’ll just resolve to conquer this in light of National Menopause Month …
anyone want to “resolve” with me and keep each other accountable on the blog?

Big news for Remifemin®…we were on Good Morning America several weeks ago (get the link to see it at www.remifemin.com), and we were on CBS This Morning a few days ago.

This blog is mentioned in a really cool press release: http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/060831/cgth019.html?.v=66

And let’s see…what else…Oh Yes! The Remifemin site is new and improved! You can now get to the FAQ’s, testimonials and the rest of the site much easier.
Here’s something to think about!
A recent WebMD article talked about the problem of some supplements sold as black cohosh that actually didn’t even contain black cohosh! Only Remifemin has RemiSure™ Black Cohosh.

So you know what the blog is missing right now?

YOU!
I want to hear some news of how you are all doing and what you’re thinking about these days! Become a consistent Blogger…we all need you!
Ready….set…BLOG!

    Hi Lucylululu,
By the way I'm a big I Love Lucy fan so I got a big kick out of your name!
I really want people to explore the new Remifemin site...it has a lot of great information including frequently asked questions. Check it out if you haven't already.

    Hi Nonnameme,
Good one! Let's see what else? National Hair Chins month??? Remember, if your symptoms are becoming more severe, you can increase your dose. Read about it in the FAQ section at www.remifemin.com
I take Remifemin Good Night at night, which is my full days dose, but I've added in a regular Remifemin in the morning...that's what is working best for me right now...ahh...a walk to the beach! The leaves are turning here as we head into fall and I'm loving the cooler weather!

    Hi Nonnameme,
I have never heard panic....but definately uncomfortable. I think before you have one you think it will be like a warm blanket or something...or like, I'm always cold and now I'm warm...but they are definately not comforting..or nice. They are in a class by themselves and I will always say, everyon's journey is still very individual, so it may be reminding you of something unpleasant. Keep taking that Remifemin and being good to yourself!!

    Hi Singster 777!
Wow, we're honored that your first blog is here at Michele's Memos!
You've come to the right place!
Remifemin works great for me...and remember, if your symptoms are severe you can take more. Check out the FAQ section at www.remifemin.com
Also remember, it takes time to build up in your body...some lucky women see results really fast and some don't...but if they hang in there, they are usually quite happy with the results.
This is a great place to let your feelings be known, and sometimes you just feel better after "venting" a little...
welcome and come back a lot!

Hi Michele: I'm a new Remifemin user but have a question. Since I've had three brain tumors my doctor wants me to start a more natural HRT so I'm giving this a whirl. Since I take one in the morning, can I take the pm one instead of the regular one at night or do I take the regular one and the pm? Thanks, Kansasnanny

    Hi Kansas Nanny!
When it comes to Remifemin, you're not taking an HRT. Remifemin is hormone-free and works by taking as directed, one in the morning and one in the evening. It builds up in your body to work over time...check with your doctor regarding any health concerns but also read the FAQ's at www.remifemin.com and you'll understand more how Remifemin works!
If you still have questions...email me at michele@remifemin.com
    Thanks for blogging!

Yes, it is like a panic attack, or a premonition of alarm. It's scary, but not unbearable, and that is what wakes me in the night,
before I get warm. Not usually warm enough to be a problem, much worse is the feeling of doom.
Every two hours, almost to the minute all night long. No wonder I'm tired, ill tempered, and foggy,
sleeping for even 4 hours is a thing of the past.
I've done the pharmaceuticals, but was worried that sleep aids could become addictive. Now I'm persuing accupuncture therapy and chinese herbs, and praying alot
    hope the Remifemin helps....

Hi, I am a recent Remifemin user, I just love it. I recently had to change from another product that I used for a year and saw that it was not working like I wanted it to. I had been talking to my sister in law and she had used it before and said that it worked for her. I gave it a try and now have been using it for over a month and almost forgot that I was not having hot flashes a lot until I had gone over to her house for the day and she asked me how was it working? I told her that it was good cause I was not having all the hot flashes that I had been having in the past now. How good that felt to say that. It seems no matter what I do hot flash time again and again all day long. Now they have subsided and actually feel like a human again. My husband loves it. He is always cold and loves everything warm. Thank God for Remifemin. It has made my life easier now...

I'm so glad you lady's are out there. I"ve been taking REM for 3 months it really seems to help. I'm 43 w/out ovaries and uterus due to surgery since Nov 08. I used to listen to my older friends talk about MENO and thought we should start a group "GRACE" gals raging against ceasing estrogen. Keep the info coming THANK YOU FOR SHARING!!

Hi Michele I've been using REM for 3mths really seems to help.I may try the night time since I didn't know about it. The night time wake me ups are tuffest for me I can get through the day time flashes w/out too much trouble.I used to listen to my older friends talk about the CHANGE and thought we should start a group GRACE-Gals Retaliating Against Ceasing Estrogen. Glad you're out there it helps to know we're not alone.
