Do Your Best, Laugh About the Rest!
Do Your Best, Laught About the Rest~
That is so true as we go through perimenopause and menopause.
Without that kind of attitude, we are prone to lose perspective.
Life can seem overwhelming and just too much.
As long as we keep our sense of humor, we can manage what comes our way.
Do your best...
make the best food choices you can with every meal.
Do your best...
Use that new wrinkle cream you've been wondering about and then let it go!
Do your best...
Do some exercise every day, even if it's a short walk.
Do your best...
Choose to take the natural, safe, proven way to handle hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and occasional sleeplessness*...Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night
and after you have done your best.
Laugh.
Giggle.
Chuckle.
Smile.
Guffaw.
Do your best and laugh about the rest.
You're not a lone and it will be ok...
What do you think bloggers?
How do you "do your best, and laugh about the rest?"
I'm waiting to hear from you!

Ok girls...I did my research and here goes:
I take Remifemin 2x a day...I take vitamin B-complex...vitamins C, E, A, Red Ginger, St Johns Wort and Evening Primrose Oil. I have alos added soy to my diet.I have been doing this for a little over 4 weeks. I have been experiencing AMAZING results...hot flashes are almost gone...and when they come..they last for just a moment or two. My itching is GONE and my moods don't swing quite as much as they used to.
My only issue now is the bloating in my stomach...ironically, I look 6 months pregnant...any suggestions?
I may not be laughing...but I am smiling again...and that's a good start!

Hi Robin,
I'm glad you're smiling again..that's good news. Everyone should check with their doctors about what they should take, that's the best idea. I would caution anyone with a history of breast cancer to stay away from the soy...that's why Remifemin is estrogen and hormone free...soy is phytoestrogen and is not hormone free...so that's something to discuss with your doctor too...keep blogging and we'll hope that that smile turns into a big old laugh soon! I would also recommend Acidophilus Pearls at www.thepearlsdifferene.com to tackle the bloating!

Hi New Remifemin User!
I'm glad you received your sample, but be sure and visit www.remifemin.com so you see how it works. It took 8-12 weeks in clinical trials for some women to realize the full effect...so if you are serious about a safe, non-hormone, clincially studied, natural way to address menopause...you've come to the right place! Just realize it's not a drug and does take time to build up in your body and work...keep in touch!

Hi Michele,
I just got my free supply. I noticed when reading the ingredients the first item is lactose(milk)! Ouch for me. I'm lactose intolerant, any suggestions as to what I can take now? Thanks!

Hi!
Remifemin does contain a small amount of lactose derived from cow’s milk. It is an excipient more commonly used in Europe, which helps evenly disperse the ingredients in the blend. The exact amount of lactose is proprietary, but when compared to common dairy products, one Remifemin tablet contains less lactose than a spoonful of plain low-fat yogurt or less than a sip of reduced fat milk.
If that is still too much for you I would recommend an Enzymatic Therapy product called AM/PM Menopause, there is also a Perimenopause formula. This is completely dairy free and available at most quality health food stores and at www.shopenzy.com
Let us know what you decide!

I need to start smiling again! I bought a new box of Remifemin today and I'll start it tonight. I took Remifemin last fall until my sinus surgery in January. I had to stop it and all meds a week before the surgery. Afterwards, I had no problems with the hot flashes or nightsweats, so I didn't restart it. However, over the past week or so, I've been a little tired because I've been waking up in the middle of the night. YIKES! I bought another box of Remifemin today. I should be smiling again within a week or so. It doesn't take much to make me laugh. My husband is a laugh a minute!
Thanks Michele and thanks Remifemin!

thanks for blogging and I'm glad you realized that even though you had a break...menopause ebs and flows and it's time to get back and get relief for a change. I"m glad we have this safe, natural alternative...it can be a very challenging time of life and we don't need anything stealing our joy! Keep smiling...and keep blogging!

Hi Michele,
After 10 yrs. of HRT, and recent problems, which the drs. couldn't even help I decided to try remifemin, So far so good. It has been 3 wks now, and the hot flashes & night sweats have dissipated, I'm hoping my mood swings will improve. Is there any hope that my sexual desires will increase? Husband would be very happy if they did. Sube
