You are amazing!

The human body is a machine that is full of wonder.

This collection of human body facts will leave you wondering why in the heckwe were designed the way we were.-
Scientists say the higher your I.Q. The more you
dream.-
The largest cell in the human body is the female egg
and the smallest is the male sperm.-
You use 200 muscles to take one step.-
The average woman is 5 inches shorter than the average man.-
Your big toes have two bones each while the rest have three.-
A pair of human feet contain 250,000 sweat glands.-
A full bladder is roughly the size of a soft ball.-
The acid in your stomach is strong enough to dissolve razor blades.-
The human brain cell can hold 5 times as muchinformation as the Encyclopedia Britannica.-
It takes the food seven seconds to get from your mouth to your stomach.-
The average human dream lasts 2-3 seconds.-
At the moment of conception, you spent about half an hour as a single cell.-
There is about one trillion bacteria on each of your feet.-

Your body gives off enough heat in 30 minutes to bring half a gallon of water to a boil.-
(Can you imagine what it's like in a hot flash??)
The enamel in your teeth is the hardest substance in your body.-
Your teeth start developing (in your gums) 6 months before you are born.-
When you are looking at someone you love, your pupils dilate, they do the same when you are looking at someone you hate.-
Blondes have more hair than dark-haired people.-

Your thumb is the same length of your nose.

At this very moment I know full well you are putting this last fact to the test...now remove your thumb from your nose and pass this on to the friends you think might be interested in comparing their thumbs to their noses as well !

This was sent to me and it was too cute not to send on because it's a good reminder that we are pretty complex beings and our journey through menopause is no different, it is individual and often complex.
Give Remifemin at least 12 weeks to make a difference in your life...and as you can learn in the FAQs at www.remifemin.com, you can take more if your symptoms are severe.

See if your friends will measure their nose and if they need to be on Remifemin~!

Send me some news about you!

    Dear Michele,
I just purchase remifemin today in hopes of getting relief. I had a hysterectomy 13yrs ago (Iwas only 30 at the time)and was on premarin since that time until about a yr ago. I was taken off due to strong family history of breast cancer (almost every female), and I have had 3 scares myself.
I have night sweats, morning sweats, day sweats, (my husband calls them power surges) mood swings, no sexual drive, dryness, mood swings, forgetfullness. I know it says 8-12 weeks to work, but that not very long compared to what I have been going thru. I own a restaurant and my regular customers are always teasing me-don't mind her, she is having a power surge or never mind she is going thru mean-o-pause. Yea pronounce it as spelled.
Thank you so much for creating this site. It is nice to have someone that understands.

    Dear Adr,
I want you to know that you are not alone and you should keep reaching out. Really explore our Remifemin website... www.remifemin.com
Knowledge is power. Read the testimonials and FAQs. Schedule a visit to your doctor. Explain what you are feeling and going through. Make your desire to use a natural, safe answer to menopause known and get support from your doctor. IF your doctor doesn't support you, get a different doctor. Talk to your friends who are a similar age. See if there are programs and support groups in your local communinity such as a women's group in a Hospital. Keep talking, keep asking, keep looking...and find what works for you. Most of all, resist the urge to crawl up in bed and do nothing! You can get throught this...it's hard...anyone who has gone through it and been thrown off by the symptoms will not argue that point...
Take your Remifemin consistently and you can take more...read about that in the fAQs too...keep blogging...the most recent blog is the best usually...and be very gentle and good to yourself. YOu can handle this...reach out for all the help you need and deserve.

I enjoyed reading these comments. I just recently started using Remifemin because a lady at my church recommended it for me. I used to have a little "heat" come up my back and face. Then I started sweating - I would sweat so much that I told someone the governor of this state would put me in lake to replenish our dwindling water supply. If anyone got too close to me during the flash - my attitude would change - I would look at them cross eyed and fan. I keep an old fashion church fan on my desk. Can't stand the regular fan blowing -too cold. Now I understand why the dogs like their heads to hang out the windows. That feels great!!This product within 2 weeks have cooled my sweat glands down some. I have the flashes but not as bad. I can sleep a little better. My attention span was that of a 18 month old baby playing with new colorful toys - new color - new direction. It is better now. I had plan to go through a clinical study on a new HRT for Angelic but because I am on the Remifemin, they have asked me to stop using Remifemin for 8 weeks! No way - no study! I am beginning to feel physically better, concentration is almost adult like, I still have a low or no sex drive (I am not married) but anyway I can't stand to be hug but a minute or less. I am going to stay on this product until.

    Thanks!
