It's good to giggle
UCLA STUDY
A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that
the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending
on where she is in her menstrual cycle.
For example: If she is ovulating, she tends to be more attracted to men
with rugged and masculine features.
However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she tends to be more
attracted to a man with duct tape over his mouth and a spear lodged in
his chest while he is on fire.
No further studies are expected.
Did you giggle? You have to laugh! In this season of thankfulness and joy, don't lose all the opportunities to smile because you are fighting menopausal symptoms...consistently take your Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night. Be good to yourself....don't forget a few treats for yourself when you're out buying so many things for so many people.
Take time to feel the joy.
You deserve it!

Hi Michele,
Just started using Remifemin. Looking forward to the results.
My question is this. Can I take Remifemin Goodnight tablet even though I've taken two tables earlier that same day of Remifemin?
Not sure if that would be too much of Remifemin? Just want to be clear it's fine to take both.
Thanks for the Blog too!

Hi Lola,
I'm so glad you're taking Remifemin to get relief for a change!
Yes, you can take up to 80 mg a day of Remifemin, safely, so that means you could take up to 2 regular Remifemin in the morning and a Remifemin Good Night at night. (Good Night has 40 mg of RemiSure Black Cohosh, plus a Restful Sleep Blend)
Keep blogging and take your Remifemin!

Hi Jeanne,
You take Remifemin if you are experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and occasional sleeplessness, regardless of how you ended up there! It is good for you to know that Remifemin is completely hormone and estrogen free and safe for women with a history of breast cancer. I encourage you to explore the remifemin.com website and the faq's...thanks for blogging and blog on the last dated blog too!

Hi Michele,
I am trying to find an alternative to Premarin. I had cancer and had to have a total hysterectomy. While on Premarin, my joints were always hurting. I want something natural that wont cause weith gain.
Give me your thoughts.
p.s. I think this blog is a great help.

Hi Danielle,
Thanks for finding our blog! I invite you to explore the site www.remifemin.com and read the FAQs and testimonials...well everything on the site is very helpful. You'll see how safe and natural Remifemin is. It doesn't cause weight gain, however, that is a common complaint of menopause in general. Be sure to give it the full 8-12 weeks and take it consistently. It's a great way to get relief for a change!
