Perimenopause and menopause can often be downright difficult. I hear the pain in your emails and blogs as you feel lost and don't know what to do with these things you are feeling and experiencing. I've been there and I know that it messes up your life. But, you have to take control. You have to keep going. You have to do what you can that is safe, natural, proven and can give you some relief. I feel good about taking Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night and I think you should try it. Are there still tough days? Yes, sometimes there are, but they are manageable. I always sign my emails "be good to yourself" because that is such a huge part of getting through this. The self talk and the way you treat yourself makes such a difference in you getting through.
