It's true.
No matter how much you think about, prepare for, or anticipate perimenopause and menopause, you're never quite prepared for what it's really like.
If you aren't there, you may not agree with me.
If you are there, you're nodding your head "YES!" right now!
My 5 miles hike to the M*A*S*H site, in bad mud and hills...I did it...and you should "go for it" too!
Some things to remember:
This is tough, but it is normal and you are not alone. I can't tell you how many women write me afraid that they are losing it or thinking what they are going through is unusual.
Menopause is a term we throw around, but you are in perimenopause until you have not had a period for one full year. You'll find your period will probably get sporadic before that happens, but the one year mark is the change from perimenopause to menopause.

Use this time which can feel like a hardship to examine what you do and don't want in your life.
Emotions can be raw, so use them to move your forward instead of bringing you down.
Be good to yourself! That's so important!
Try to be healthy with eating and exercise, but then sometimes, just except yourself and stop the negative talk. We aren't going to be in our 20's again, and we shouldn't expect to be.
I'm here for you, but talk to your doctor. I can't answer medical questions, but I can attest to how helpful Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night are, and make you aware of this safe, natural way to deal with all of this!
