The Legacy of October

October.

Get a mammogram.

I can't be any more clear. It's breast health month and the pink ribbons abound. Taking care of your breast health has touched my life immensely through the life of my sister. She fights for her life.

Early detection is the key. Don't let affordability stop you. Check into programs in your community. Call your county health department. Ask questions. Do monthly breast exams.

Talk with your doctor and follow the recommendations on getting a mammogram.

I'm so glad Remifemin is here as a safe choice because it's hormone and estrogen free.

Do what you can to encourage your girlfriends, mothers, daughters and sisters to exercise good breast health year round. Be accountable to each other.

Hey! Cut out the Remifemin ad with my tips in it available in FIRST magazine this month...
make a calendar and put it on your fridge or inside your bathroom mirror...and let me remind you to take care of yourself.

You are an amazing person...and you deserve to be taken care of ....by YOU!

Let me know that you are being good to yourself this month...
Anyone doing some walks...or supporting the breast health cause in some way?

At this very moment I know full well you are putting this last fact to the test...now remove your thumb from your nose and pass this on to the friends you think might be interested in comparing their thumbs to their noses as well !

This was sent to me and it was too cute not to send on because it's a good reminder that we are pretty complex beings and our journey through menopause is no different, it is individual and often complex.
Give Remifemin at least 12 weeks to make a difference in your life...and as you can learn in the FAQs at www.remifemin.com, you can take more if your symptoms are severe.

See if your friends will measure their nose and if they need to be on Remifemin~!

Send me some news about you!
