It's good to giggle

See the twinkle in my eye when you read this! :)

UCLA STUDY
A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that
the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending
on where she is in her menstrual cycle.

For example: If she is ovulating, she tends to be more attracted to men
with rugged and masculine features.

However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she tends to be more
attracted to a man with duct tape over his mouth and a spear lodged in
his chest while he is on fire.
No further studies are expected.

You Are Here

There are some words from my new favorite CD that you might relate to:

I'm feeling lost...I'm feeling old. I'm feeling pain that no one should know. With the world on my back, spinning so fast...

I hope you don't get caught up in the wheel. I pray the cracks in your face don't reveal, a withered up soul, that you can't control....slowly fading away.

The rain on my glass, echos the past...and my heart is on my sleeve. I hope you don't get caught up in the wheel...

Perimenopause and menopause can often be downright difficult. I hear the pain in your emails and blogs as you feel lost and don't know what to do with these things you are feeling and experiencing. I've been there and I know that it messes up your life. But, you have to take control. You have to keep going. You have to do what you can that is safe, natural, proven and can give you some relief. I feel good about taking Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night and I think you should try it. Are there still tough days? Yes, sometimes there are, but they are manageable. I always sign my emails "be good to yourself" because that is such a huge part of getting through this. The self talk and the way you treat yourself makes such a difference in you getting through.

Are you being good to yourself?

Are you exploring everything on the Remifemin website to understand what you are going through and the choices that are available for you?

That song listed above? It's off my son Ben's newest CD, Sun Will Shine. It's called Withered Up Soul and as I was listening I thought it expresses so many feelings we go through in menopause. Sun Will Shine is a song of encouragement. You can hear more of his music and get his CD if you'd like.

Let me hear how you are doing...and let me know that you are taking your Remifemin with a song in your heart!
