Six Inches of Snow in April, That's Hard to Handle!
But then, as we in perimenopause and menopause know, life can be hard to handle!
In high school, we think too much homework and not getting asked to the Prom is hard to handle.
Then we move on in life, maybe get married...the honeymoon ends, real life sets in....and we think that is hard to handle. Possibly 2.5 children arrive along the way, along with a mortgage and a mini-van....and often we wonder if that's too hard to handle!
Then the kids grow up and move away and we think that's hard to handle. Then we don't get the raise or promotion or the career we hoped for ...friends and family experience hardships and illness...and that's hard to handle.
Then our periods start to go whacko and we wonder if we are in perimenopause....the change...the big M...and we begin to wonder how hard that is going to be to handle.
The moral of the story is; no matter what stage of life we are in...there will always be something that is hard to handle! Everyone will have their own version of "hard to handle" and ability to cope with varying degrees of problems. The bottom line is, there are always resources for every hard to handle out there ....and Remifemin and Remifemin Good Night is really worth exploring if you are finding all the stages of menopause hard to handle. Menopause ain't for sissies....that's for sure!
Send some news of what you are finding hard to handle these days and also encouragement for everyone else who is finding something hard to handle!
The ball is in your court....
